Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. We reserve the right to select the carrier that best fits your order.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Hoffman California By the Yard is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we may assist with a claim.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled after it has shipped.
